At URBAN US MART, we strive to deliver your stylish footwear as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, shipping rates, and other important details for customers in the United States.

  • 1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

    We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska & Hawaii), as well as U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.).

    Note: International shipping is not available at this time.

  • 2. PROCESSING TIME

    • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

    • During high-demand periods (Black Friday, holidays, etc.), processing may take 3-5 business days.

    • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

    • If your package is lost or undelivered, contact us within 30 days for assistance.

    • We may file a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary.

6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • PO Boxes: We ship to PO Boxes via USPS only.

  • Military Addresses (APO/FPO): We support military shipping with USPS.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.

 

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we do not ship internationally. We only deliver within the United States and its territories.
