1. Returns Eligibility

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

* Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

* It must be in the original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

* Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

* Gift cards

* Clearance or final sale items

* Personal care products (if opened)

* Perishable goods

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at info@urbanusmart.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive a notification email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

  • Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4. Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@urbanusmart.com.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, your order may already be processed and shipped.
